CYG’s engagements usually coincide with some distress or crisis. These include matters both in and out of court. In some cases, Mr. Yorkison is brought in as Chief Restructuring Officer (“CRO”) whereby Mr. Yorkison assumes the role of the Officer in charge of all business operations, cash management, employment, and reporting.
