CYG’s engagements usually coincide with some type of distress or crisis. These include matters both in and out of court. In some cases Mr. Yorkison is brought in as Chief Restructuring Officer (“CRO”) whereby Mr. Yorkison assumes the role as the Officer in charge of all business operations, cash management, employment, and reporting. These matters typically occur where there is a dispute amongst ownership or the need for an “agent of change” as required by a secured party.
